The Gerlitzen Alpe near Villach is one of the most popular skiing areas in Carinthia: 45 kilometres of skiing pistes, 20 lifts and 30 ski runs are just waiting to be conquered by you on skis or snowboard. Thanks to a mixed range of slopes and various degrees of difficulty, everyone is sure to find the ski run that suits them best – from children’s hill to mogul piste or ski run for downhill racing. The Gerlitzen also excels due to its highly reliable snow conditions in winter and perfect slope conditions whatever the weather.
Ski-in/ski-out Right Next to the Skiing Slopes
Skiing and snowboard fans will find the perfect starting point for their winter holidays at the Mountain Resort DIE KANZLERIN. Simply strap on your skis or your snowboard just behind the hotel and off you go! The middle station of the Gerlitzen Alpe skiing area is only 500 m away and is within easy walking distance on skis or on foot. This is also where you’ll find the ski and snowboard rental and a ski school with skiing courses for beginners and advanced skiers.
