What Holidays Taste Like

If you want to enjoy the Mountain Resort DIE KANZLERIN to the fullest, be sure to visit the restaurant with its seperate room called "Stüberl" and the integrated bar. Every morning from 07:30 to 11:00 our guests get together for breakfast. Meals are served in the evenings in the restaurant and at the bar couples or groups can treat themselves to a leisurely round of drinks in the bar.

On our menu you’ll find a wide selection to suit all tastes: from popular classics of Austrian and Carinthian cuisine to culinary specialties from the Alps-Adriatic region. We give priority to freshness and quality. We source local produce and serve regional and seasonal specialties depending on the time of year and – thanks to the exclusive beverage and wine list – always with the most suitable accompaniment.

Meals the Way you Like Them

On your holiday at Mountain Resort DIE KANZLERIN, we want you to feel at home. Your choice of board option depends entirely on what you require and what you are used to: Whether bed & breakfast, half-board or self-catering, thanks to a fully fitted kitchen in every apartment, you can enjoy your holiday the way you like it, with all the amenities you could wish for!

Breakfast or Half-Board

Every day at breakfast, our guests can taste their way through our restaurant buffet – complete with fresh bread & baked goods, organic sausage & cheese, eggs and dairy products from the region as well as tea, coffee and refreshing fruit juices. For half-board we serve a delicious 4-course menu or a buffet every evening. The best thing is: Kids up to 5 years of age are invited free of charge!

Cooking in Your Apartment

All of our apartments are fitted with a fully functional kitchen – including an electric stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. It goes without saying that cookware and tableware, cups, glasses and cutlery are also included; nevertheless, if you think something is missing, simply ask at the reception desk.

New: Naturel Gourmet Boxes

Our restaurant serves warm meals on a daily basis and sets value on freshness, regionality and seasonality. Most of what we need is bought from regional producers, but we occasionally purchase products from beyond the border in Slovenia or Italy. To self-caterers we additionally offer our Naturel Gourmet Boxes: Simply order them from the restaurant, pick them up and enjoy them in intimate togetherness as a couple or with your family.
